This notice describes the information collected through the Lumrivo website and how it is used to handle enquiries and measure advertising activity.
Information you provide
The enquiry and demo forms collect your name, email, company, selected service or product and the requirements you share. Phone, team size, budget, preferred contact method and timing are optional. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal records.
How the information is used
We use the information to review your request, discuss a suitable service or product, arrange a conversation and maintain the enquiry record. Submitting a request does not add you to a marketing subscription.
Storage and service providers
Enquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available to authorised site operators. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. Service-specific data arrangements are agreed separately if an engagement proceeds.
Technical information
The website may receive basic request information through its hosting infrastructure. Abuse protection uses a one-way derived request identifier rather than storing a raw IP address in the enquiry record. If campaign tags are present in the page URL, the form records those tags to help identify the source of the enquiry.
Browser storage and tracking
A submitted request’s reference and selected offer are stored temporarily in your browser session to display the confirmation page. The site uses the Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. It can send page-visit, advertising-interaction, browser and device information to Google and may use cookies to associate visits with advertising activity. After a request is successfully saved, a conversion event with its request reference is sent to Google Ads to measure enquiries and prevent duplicate counting. The enquiry form does not send your name, email, phone number or message to the advertising tag. The hosting platform may use necessary session and security cookies.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries are retained for follow-up and administration until removed by an authorised operator. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the contact form, identifying the request as a privacy enquiry. Please include only the information needed to identify your record.
